Super Swimmers win 11 events at Lindsborg

Peabody Super Swimmers won 11 events but finished third in a three-team meet Saturday at Lindsborg.

Hesston Wahoos won the meet with 601 points. Lindsborg WaveMakers were a very close second with 599. Peabody finished with 383 points.

Peabody swimmers winning events in their respective age groups were:

Boys — Luke Partride, 9, in 25-yard butterfly. Zach Stephey, 16, in 100 freestyle. Alex Young, 12, in 50 breaststroke.

Girls — Lexi Davis, 12, in 50 butterfly, freestyle, and breaststroke and in 100 individual medley. Hope Thiel, 17, in 50 backstroke. Fancy Reynolds, 8, in 25 backstroke and breaststroke and, with Hallie Hind and Adyson Winters, also 8, in 100 medley relay.
