Projects and organizations working to improve the economic growth of specialty crops are eligible to apply for grants from Kansas Department of Agriculture.

Specialty crops include fruits, vegetables, tree nuts, dried fruits, horticulture, and nursery crops.

The KDA program is designed to promote and enhance the competitiveness of specialty crops. More information and applications are available at www.agriculture.ks.gov/specialtyvrop. Applications are due May 12.
