Flint Hills Rural Development vs. Chris Coleman; bench trial at 9 a.m. Dec. 3.

Flaming’s Inc. vs. Ken Stinson; judgment against the defendant for $143.53 plus costs and interest, if applicable.

Flint Hills RECA vs. Kevin Clegg; case dismissed, defendant paid account in full.

Michael White, Katheryn White vs. Markley Service, Inc.; bench trial at 9 a.m. Nov. 19.

Great Plains Federal Credit Union vs. Brian C. Spindle; bench trial at 9 a.m. Dec. 3.

Cynthia Brimicombe vs. Kenny Rogers; defendant awarded $275 security deposit for tenant’s failure to provide written notice. $12 for newsletter ad and letter to the plaintiff, $250 for labor in moving, gathering and loading of debris, brush and branches, scrap metal, car parts, junk lumber, old plastic barrels, cardboard, beer bottles; $200 to clean up yard and exterminate properties; $100 for new storm door and installation; $24 for shed door; storage of property $275. Total judgment amount of $862.
