Friday — Beef stew, cornbread, fruit cocktail cake.

Monday — Grilled liver and onions or hamburger patty with cooked onions, mashed potatoes with gravy, vegetable, wheat roll.

Tuesday — Smothered pork chop, potato, green beans, cinnamon applesauce, wheat bread.

Jan. 27 — Lasagna, salad, garlic bread, fruit.
