Peabody Main Street Association is trying to find a couple of photographs of the Saturday night supper crowd at Operation Celebration during Memorial Day weekend.

“The state has asked us to provide them with some photographs of the event for the annual Governor’s Awards banquet in El Dorado at the end of the month,” said Shane Marler, PMSA interim director. “We have sent pictures of everything they want to see, but we haven’t been able to locate one of the people who came out for the meal and the Boeing Jazz Band concert of big band music.”

Marler said he would appreciate the community’s help finding a photo.

Digital photos may be e-mailed to Marler at pmsa@peabodyks.com, but Marler said actual prints would be welcome also. They may be dropped off at the city building or Marler is willing to pick them up. All prints will be returned to their owners.
