Thursday — Breakfast: Whole-grain cinnamon roll. Lunch: Taco salad, whole-grain tortilla chips, salsa, refried beans, pineapple.
Friday — Breakfast: Mini pancakes. Lunch: Chicken and noodles, mashed potatoes, steamed carrots, orange smiles, whole-grain roll and jelly.
Monday — Breakfast: Breakfast pizza. Lunch: Chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes, gravy, tossed salad, pears.
Tuesday — Breakfast: Cereal, string cheese. Lunch: Barbecue beef on a bun, sugar snap peas, baked beans, applesauce, brownie (middle and high school.)
Oct. 7 — Breakfast: Biscuit and gravy. Lunch: Burrito, refried beans, corn, fresh banana, salsa, whole-grain tortilla chips.
Oct. 8 — Breakfast: Breakfast pita. Lunch: Turkey and cheese sub with romaine and tomato, sweet potato fries, kiwi, strawberry yogurt Chex.
