Shaun Rucker, a 1998 Peabody-Burns High School graduate, earned a master’s degree in business administration May 14 from Kansas State University. He also was a dean’s scholar.

Rucker obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management information systems in 2003 from K-State. He was a member of the K-State Business Case Competition Team for the past two years, representing the university at the national level.

He will be employed by Cerner Corporation in Kansas City, Mo. Jimmy and Dorothy Rucker of Peabody are his parents.
