Robert Mowat

Services for Robert David Mowat, 80, who died Oct. 16 at Herington Municipal Hospital, were Tuesday at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Herington.

He was born Feb. 14, 1939, at Herington, the son of Alex “Scottie” and Cecile (Piggott) Mowat.

He is survived by wife, Cynthia Mowat, of the home; daughters, Suzie Ammann of Herington, Jaime Potocnik of Pilsen, and Becky Mowat of Ramona; son, Rob Mowat of Galva; brother, Michael Mowat of Marion; sister, Isabelle Gray of Wichita; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Memorials have been established with the Herington Senior Center or the Maci Kinser College Fund.
