Sept. 25 — A vehicle lockout at Washington and E Sts. was investigated. A report of a person who borrowed equipment without returning it was investigated.
Sept. 26 — Officers assisted county sheriff’s department with a domestic disturbance and an injury accident. A theft at Tabor College was reported. A minor non-injury accident in the 100 block of W. Grand St. was investigated. A suspicious vehicle in the 900 block of E. Grand St. was investigated.
Sept. 28 — A minor non-injury accident in the 400 block of E. Grand St. was investigated. Officers met with school officials in reference to a report of bullying.
Thursday — A domestic disturbance in the 200 block of W. B St. was investigated. A person turned in drug paraphernalia allegedly found on his property. A report of vehicles failing to stop at a stop sign at Adams and A Sts., a traffic complaint in the 400 block of S. Adams St., and a parking complaint in the 200 block of S. Main St. were investigated.
Friday — Officers assisted with lockdown drills at USD 410 schools. A man reported his wife was missing; officers discovered she was missing voluntarily. A traffic complaint in the 700 block of E. D St. and a minor non-injury traffic accident in the 300 block of N. Lincoln St. were investigated.
Saturday — Reports of an out-of-control juvenile at the sports complex, a man lying in the roadway at 150th and Indigo Rds., a suspicious person in Memorial Park, and a security risk at a manufacturing company were investigated.

Sept. 26 — A dog at large near Cedar and Main Sts. was investigated; owner was contacted.
Sept. 28 — A dog at large near 3rd and Santa Fe Sts. was transported to Animal Health Center. A Marion County Jail inmate was transported to county court and back to jail after court proceedings. Suspicious activity in Jex Addition was investigated.
Thursday — A warning for parking where prohibited was issued.
Friday — A motorist parked in the roadway and talking on their phone was advised to pull over to the side of the road. A report of a dog at large in the 300 block of S. Cedar St. was investigated. A suspicious person in East Park was investigated.
Saturday — A warning for speeding was issued on US-56 near milepost 304. A vehicle parked on Eisenhower St. was investigated; people were looking for a lost model airplane that had gone astray from the airport. A motorist was stopped for improper backing on Main St. and then arrested for driving on a suspended license.
Sunday — Two speeding citations were issued on US-56 near Marion. A citation for passing within 100 feet of a stationary emergency vehicle on US-56 was issued. A parking complaint in the 200 block of Garfield St. was investigated.

Sept. 26 — Police did a record check for the military.
Sept. 27 — An inoperable nuisance vehicle case was initiated.
Sept. 28 — Jason Brooks was arrested and charged with indirect contempt of court and ordered to serve 60 days in Marion County Jail.
Saturday — Police opened an investigation into shoplifting at Peabody Market. An information report was taken about a complaint of criminal trespass.
Sunday — Police took a report of an overnight burglary from an unlocked car. The investigation is complete; suspect is unknown.
