Sept. 28 — A non-injury accident in the Wal-Mart parking lot and a dog complaint were investigated, and a motorist was cited for no vehicle insurance.

Sept. 29 — Possible child abuse, a gas skip at Ampride, and a fire alarm at Tabor College were investigated. A motorist was stopped for an equipment violation.

Sept. 30 — Possible animal abuse and a case of possible child neglect were investigated. An ATV driver was stopped for driving within city limits. There was a parking complaint at C and Adams Sts. A motorist was stopped for a seatbelt violation.

Thursday — Four speeding tickets were issued, and a motorist was stopped for an equipment violation.

Friday — A motorist was cited for equipment violations including no license and no liability insurance. A domestic disturbance was investigated in the 100 block of S. Jefferson.

Saturday — A reckless driver was investigated and a cell phone was reported stolen.

Sunday — Citations were issued for speeding and failing to signal, failing to dim headlights, and failing to stop.

Sep. 28 — Police took a report of loss or theft of a financial card.

Saturday — A delayed report was filed on a non-injury accident. Police took a report of burglary and theft from a residence in the 700 block of N. Elm St. A report of burglary and theft also was taken from a resident in the 400 block of N. Elm St.
