June 21 — An unknown motorist appears to have driven over traffic cones that officers put up at A and Adams Sts. Debris was removed from the roadway at Willow and Ash Sts. There was a minor traffic accident in the 300 block of N. Washington St. A harassment complaint was investigated
June22 — Suspicious activity was reported in the 100 block of S. Birch St. A person turned in lost property. Officers assisted a motorist with child safety seats
June23 — Suspicious activity was investigated in the 100 block of S. Main St.
June 24 — A woman reported that her medication had been stolen in the 400 block of N. Ash St. A stalking complaint was taken in the 300 block of W. Third St. Suspicious activity in Hillsboro Heights was investigated.
Thursday — Mickey Brubaker, 19, of Hillsboro was arrested Thursday for allegedly driving on a suspended license. A suspicious person was investigated in the 300 block of N. Ash St.
Friday — There was a minor traffic accident in the 100 block of W. Grand St., a child custody dispute in the 100 block of S. Birch St., and a trespass complaint in Memorial Park.
Saturday — A domestic disturbance reported in the 400 block of N. Jefferson St. resulted in the arrest of a suspect, Derrick Laplante, 30, of Hillsboro.
Police helped an employer locate a possible missing person. A skunk was reported in the 200 block of S. Eisenhower St.

June 23 — A complaint was filed about two horses that were malnourished. The case is being handled by animal control. Police took a delayed report of a noninjury hit and run accident. Two juveniles were arrested and charged with alcohol consumption by a minor, and interference with law enforcement personnel.
June 24 — Irene Knauf, Peabody, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia, interference with law enforcement personnel, and driving with a suspended license.
