Dec. 14: Officers responded to a disturbance in which a burglary was reported that did not occur. Police said the person appeared to be delusional and was assisted by family members.

A Hillsboro man made a traffic complaint. He told officers that a yelling motorist drives by his house at high speeds on a frequent basis.

Dec. 15: Police assisted a disabled semi truck at US-50 and Goldenrod Rd.

Dec. 16: Officers took a dog complaint and responded to a commercial alarm in the 800 block of East D. St.

Dec. 17: Officers attended safety training at city hall. An officer pursued a man riding an ATV on Third St. but was unable to catch him.

Thursday: Officers responded to a residential fire in the 200 block of S. Jefferson St., and investigated a trespass complaint in the 500 block of S. Ash St.
