INCIDENT REPORTS
City police departments provided these reports this week of their recent activities. Routine activities and assistance provided to other agencies are excluded.
HILLSBORO
July 8 — A commercial alarm in the 900 block of E. D St. and a traffic complaint at D and Washington Sts. were investigated.
July 9 — Luis Perez, 28, Hillsboro, was arrested on suspicion of multiple charges after a domestic disturbance in the 300 block of N. Main St. Another traffic complaint on D St. was investigated.
July 10 — Two citations were isused in a dog-bite case. A suspicious package in the 100 block of S. Main St. and two suspicious people at D and Main Sts. were investigated.
July 11 — Jeanne Maki, 66, of Marion was involved a non-injury, one-vehicle accident in the 300 block of S. Elm St. Police also checked on the welfare of a resident of the 100 block of E. B St.
Thursday — Police took a report of an abandoned vehicle in the 600 block of S. Main St. and checked on a disconnected 911 call from the same block.
Friday — Kids jumping from a bridge near the adobe house museum and suspicious activity in the 300 block of W. 3rd St. were investigated.
Saturday — Police checked on suspicious activity at the county fairgrounds
