Hillsboro police

April 13: Officers took a harassment complaint, a reckless driver complaint, and responded to a commercial alarm.

April 14: Police took a noise complaint, a parking complaint, and received a fraud complaint from out of state in which the person reported being a victim of identity theft.

April 15: Officers responded to two complaints of reckless driving, a harassment complaint, and a prowler complaint.

April 16: Police took a dog complaint, checked on a suspicious vehicle in the 400 block of S. Main St., and returned missing property.

Thursday: Police responded to a minor vehicle accident in industrial park for which no report was taken. Officers also responded to a curfew violation in Memorial Park and took a dog complaint.

Friday: Officers took a report of a broken vehicle window in which a woman believed that someone who was mowing her lawn might have broken it. Police also checked on suspicious activity, took a dog complaint, and responded to a report of a person staying in the RV park without paying.

Saturday: Police took a report of suspicious package in the 400 block of W. Grand Ave. Officers also addressed a report of a stolen bicycle which was returned to the owner after a group of people walking in the area were confronted about the incident.
