The eighth annual Bob Phillips Texas Hold ‘Em poker tournament was Saturday night at Peabody American Legion Post 95.
The first player out and winner of the coveted loser’s pink T-shirt was Rob Turner of Peabody.
Four players won cash prizes. First place went to Nolan Hurst of Peabody, second to Bill Smithhart of Marion, third to Allie Morris of Peabody, and fourth to Ted Daniels of durham.
Kenny Nienstedt of Marion won high hand of the evening with a full house — aces full of eights.
The tournament raised $500 for a scholarship to a graduating Peabody-Burns High School student.
