The Peabody-Burns High School track team won 10 individual medals and two relay medals April 13 at the Berean Academy Quint.
Lauren Pickens won three events: the 100, 200, and 400 meter dash.
Curtis Frederick also placed in multiple events. He had a fourth-place finish in the 300-meter hurdles and was part of two fourth place relay teams: the 4x100 with Steffan Pospiech, Isaac Burnett, and Andrew Sheffler and the 4x400 with Zach Preheim, Seth Topham, and Sheffler.
Paige Lewis finished second in the 100 hurdles and fourth in the 300 hurdles. The other Peabody girl to place was Bethanny Loucks fifth in the high jump.
Josh Klarmann finished second in the 800 and fifth in the 1600.
Isaac Burnett finished second and Chris Loucks finished fifth in the discus. Aaron Topham also finished fourth in the 1600. Spencer Moffett placed fifth in the javelin.
KU Relays
Pickens placed second in the 400, and Aaron Topham placed eighth in the 2000-meter steeple Friday and Saturday at the KU Relays.
