The PBHS track team posted numerous individual medals from the Heart of America League meet Friday at Bethel College.
The team will next compete in regional competition at Central High School in Burden.
Lauren Pickens led the girls team at the league meet with three top finishes. She placed first in the 100-meter dash with a time of 12.7 seconds; first in the 200, 26.30; and first in the 400, 59.27.
Paige Lewis was fourth in the 300-meter hurdles at 52.55 and fifth in the 100-meter hurdles at 18.74.

Beatrice Caldarella — 16. Long jump, 12-04.

Boys earn medals
Aaron Topham was the top PBHS boys team competitor finishing second in the 3200 at 10:22.01.
Josh Klarmann earned a fourth-place finish in the 800 with a time of 2:05.48.
Curtis Frederick was fourth in the 300-meter hurdles, 43.06; seventh in triple jump, 38-04.75, and eighth in the 110-meter high hurdles, 17.56.
Isaac Burnett was fifth in both the discus, 136-10, and the shot put, 43-09.
