Thursday — Chef salad, bread sticks, dessert.

Friday — Swiss steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, fruit, wheat bread.

Monday — Taco salad, fruit.

Tuesday — Chicken and noodles, mashed potatoes, green beans, wheat roll. Fruit.

May 22 — Hot beef sandwich with mashed potatoes, vegetable, fruit.

May 23 — Cream of potato soup, hamburger with bun, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, fruit.
