Kenneth J. Frederick II, Lora J. Gay, and Terry Lee Bowen, of Peabody, were bound over for trial after a preliminary hearing Sept. 1 at the Marion County District Court.

Each is charged with two counts of rape, aggravated criminal sodomy, and aggravated kidnapping.

Bowen and Frederick are also charged with battery. Gay and Frederick are additionally charged with criminal threat.

Gay will face an arraignment hearing Sept. 27, while Bowen and Frederick will be arraigned Oct. 25.
