Sept. 18 — Police completed a record check for the United States Government. Officers opened an investigation of an elderly driver.

Sept. 19 — Officers took a report of criminal trespass.

Thursday — Police opened an investigation into the report of a stolen firearm. An investigation continues in the case.

Friday — Police took a report of inappropriate physical contact at Peabody-Burns Elementary School. The school district will handle the situation and SRS has been notified. A theft was reported by a downtown business. The case was solved and the incident resolved with no arrests. Police took a report of stolen property.
