Peabody police arrested an adult on a Marion County District Court warrant July 13. Chief Bruce Burke also conducted a United States military records check that day.

Officers filed a case of disorderly conduct July 14 in Marion County District Court. They also assisted Marion County Sheriff’s office with an elderly person who might have been in need of services.

On July 15, they assisted Social Rehabilitative Services personnel with an elderly person in Peabody who was in need of assistance and services.

A report of theft on July 17 was added to a report of burglary the same day at USD 398 track equipment shed at the Peabody-Burns track on Pine Street. The lock and hasp to a door were broken, but nothing was stolen from the shed.
