Jan. 19: An additional two burglaries of vehicles involving theft of personal property were reported. A non-injury accident was covered after a motorist drove into the front of the Peabody Veterinary Clinic. The driver hit the accelerator instead of the break. A Marion County arrest warrant was served on an individual.

Jan. 22: Officers took a report of the burglary of a building not used as a dwelling.

Jan. 23: A vandal or vandals spray painted graffiti on the south side of Peabody Market downtown and on the north side of the new Peabody Police station/city shop. The case remains under investigation.
