Peabody Health and Rehab to offer free clinic

Blood pressure check will be available at 11 a.m. today by Peabody Health and Rehab. This will be done once a month.

Assistance with filing LIEAP applications, homestead refunds, and income tax returns will be available from Gayla Ratzlaff from 8:30 a.m. to noon. She will return Feb. 8 if necessary. Appointments can be made by calling (620) 983-2226.

Volunteers to make valentines after lunch will be needed starting Jan. 31. At least 130 valentines need to be made.

The center is in need of volunteer drivers, kitchen help, or substitutes.
