Peabody Achievers

The first meeting of Peabody Achievers 4-H Club was Oct. 11 at Marion County fairgrounds with 10 members, two leaders, and five parents in attendance. For their program, club members painted pens.

In November, the meeting was Nov. 8 at Peabody-Burns Elementary School.

President Devon Gaines called the meeting to order. Roll call was answered by 14 members, two leaders, and six parents.

Secretary Morgan Gaines read the October minutes. Jack Parks gave the 4-H council report.

Jennifer Gaines told about changes to the fair schedule and Michele Gossen reminded families to complete their online enrollment.

Weston Gaines led a rambunctious game of kickball for recreation.
