PBHS cross county competes on home course

PBHS cross-country ran on their own course Thursday and posted results in both junior high and high school divisions. Aaron Topham was first in the varsity boys division and Lauren Pickens was fifth for the varsity girls.

Other results for the varsity division included Jacob Simmonds with a 10th-place finish. Josh Klarmann was 14th and Sheldon Wiebe was 17th. Steffen Pospeich placed 44, Matthew Hiebert was 45th and Curtis Frederick finished 58th.

In the junior varsity division, Seth Topham was ninth and Zach Preheim was 10th. Beatrice Coldorella was 13th and Amanda Pickens was 24th.

PBJH also competed with three seventh-grade girls. Carlee Wentworth was fifth, Christa Elliott was seventh and Emma Charles was eighth.

No team results or individual times were provided to the Gazette by the coach.
