Fourteen calves were reported stolen between Sept. 27 and 5:30 p.m. Oct. 10 from a pasture at the northwest corner of 50th and Quail Creek Rds.

The calves, owned by Jarrod D. Gaines of rural Newton, were valued at $19,120.
