These offense reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:

SHERIFF

Theft

A 42-inch television set was damaged and two air compressors, two chainsaws, and a lift chair, together valued at $2,000, were reported stolen between May 12 and Aug. 12 from the site of a former church building, owned by Karen Selznick, at 411 Newton St. in Lincolnville.

HILLSBORO

Battery

A customer threw a Frosty in the face of 18-year-old Wendy’s employee Lyle K. Fickes of rural Hillsboro at 8:10 p.m. Aug. 14 after harassing another employee over the counting of change.

No arrests were made. The case was turned over to the county attorney.

Criminal damage

Rocks found nearby likely were used before 2 a.m. Sunday to break a $1,000 double-pane window and do an estimated $1,000 in denting to automobiles outside Fay A. Britton’s residence in the 300 block of N. Ash St.
