Criminal damage and trespassing

A trespasser damaged a padlock between 8 and 8:30 p.m. Aug. 5 on a residence or garage owned by rural Ramona resident Eldon S. Smith near 340th and Remington Rds.

MARION

Theft

A $580 Microsoft Surface laptop computer being delivered by the postal service to Heather Calhoun was reported as being stolen between 8 a.m. Aug. 5 and 10 a.m. Aug. 10 from her porch in the 600 block of S. 3rd St.

Police said Monday that they had identified no suspects in the case.
