Possession of marijuana

Marijuana was found in a vehicle after a traffic stop Friday for speeding near US-56 and Orchard Dr. The case remains open and no arrest has been made.

Marion

Theft

Chase M. Carlson, 30, Marion, reported that a 2001 Dodge Dakota worth $7,500 was stolen at 1:42 p.m. Thursday in the 100 block of S. Thorp St. The case remains under investigation. Motorists were warned for speeding, and for having a headlight out.

Theft

Sarah V. Smith, 42, Marion, reported that a massage chair worth $100 and massage table worth $100 were stolen between 8 a.m. Nov. 18 and 3:30 p.m. Friday in the 600 block of N. Roosevelt St. A key lock also was damaged during the burglary.
