Marion
Drug paraphernalia
A Marion man was arrested after drug paraphernalia allegedly was found in his vehicle during a traffic stop June 23 for having an unsecured load.
Cyle L. Wilson, 27, was arrested on suspicion of having an expired driver’s license, no registration, and no proof of insurance, in addition to possession of drug paraphernalia and having an unsecured load.
Criminal trespassing
Patricia S. Kline, 46, Marion, reported that someone might have trespassed on her property at 7 p.m. June 23 at Highland and 1st Sts.
Theft
Denise L. Matz, 63, Marion, discovered that a 60-day vehicle tag was missing from her vehicle at 9 p.m. June 23 in the 700 block of S. Coble St.
Criminal damage to property
Damage worth $500 was reported to the side of a vehicle owned by Michel W. Soyez, 45, Marion, between 6 p.m. June 24 and 7 a.m. June 25 in the 300 block of S. 1st St.

Theft
A homemade sign was reported stolen between 4:20 p.m. June 18 and 5:54 p.m. June 28 from a residence in the 400 block of N. Locust St.
