Domestic battery

A domestic battery was reported at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 6 on Ash St. after a Hillsboro man struck his victim in the head with a closed fist twice. There were two children present at the time of the offense. The man fled the scene and a warrant is being sought for his arrest.
