Hillsboro

Internet scam

Andrew A. Davis, 36, Hillsboro, was victim of an e-mail scam at 12:55 p.m. Thursday, where the suspect e-mailed Davis, claiming to be his boss and requesting the purchase of $300 worth of gift cards.

Invalid license

Tanner L. Jasper, 20, Hillsboro, was arrested on suspicion of driving without a valid license at 4 p.m. Sept. 1 in the 300 block of N. Birch St.

Trespassing

Charges are pending against a 33-year-old Hillsboro man on suspicion of trespassing at 9 a.m. Aug. 31 in the 200 block of S. Jefferson St.
