These offense reports were released this past week by law enforcement agencies:



Theft of a 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe was reported a 2048 K-168 at 2:45 p.m. Aug. 15. The value of the loss is estimated at $5,000.


Drug paraphernalia

A 17-year-old driver was found with 0.001 grams of marijuana, a metal smoking pipe, and a 12-ounce can of Coors beer between 10:26 and 11:39 p.m. Saturday in the 500 block of S. Main St. Blood was drawn and charges are pending.

Property damage

A 16-year-old female forced her way into a house belonging to Marty L. Hoffner, 64, at 5 p.m. Aug. 14 and broke a sliding glass door worth $200.

Driving under the influence

A 42-year-old driver was found using a suspended driver’s license, and suspected of being under the influence of drugs between 11:51 p.m. Aug. 13 and 12:20 a.m. Aug. 14 in the 300 block of E. B St. Blood was drawn and charges are pending.



Sammy L. Johnson, 75, Marion, reported a license plate stolen from his vehicle between midnight Aug. 12 and 1 p.m. Aug. 13 in the 600 block of S. Roosevelt St.


Domestic battery

Matthew M. Frazier, 25, Peabody, was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery at 3 a.m. Aug. 13 in the 500 block of N. Walnut St.
