Possession of narcotics

Conan H. Glickman, 48, Hillsboro, was arrested on suspicion of possessing narcotics not prescribed to him at 2:25 p.m. March 17 in the 900 block of E. D St. Glickman was found with three types of narcotics, totaling 675 milligrams between 16 pills.
