Utility Services Theft

Marion City electrical manager Clayton C. Garnica reported $83 worth of electricity stolen between 12 p.m. Dec. 6 and 1:34 p.m. Feb. 26 in the 700 block of N. Cedar St. The suspect had modified an electric meter box to use without paying.
