SHERIFF

Burglary and theft

A loss of $4,319 was reported by Phillip Hagen, 57, Goessel, at 8 a.m. Feb. 4. Stolen were two handguns, two rifles, ammunition, a generator, chainsaw, lockbox, and gun safe.

Marion

Disorderly conduct

Kirk W. Seals, 37, Marion, was arrested at 5:39 a.m. Feb. 4 on suspicion of yelling and randomly disturbing the peace in the 100 block of Billings St, which was reported by three different individuals. A child was taken into protective custody, and later released to juvenile intake.
