Amanda Radke, 35, Ramona, was reported as victim to theft after a Traxxas Nitro RC car Chassis valued at $550 was stolen from a city street in the 300 block of N. B St., Ramona, between 9:30 p.m. Dec. 1 and 7:30 a.m. Dec. 2.
