SHERIFF’S

Theft of property/services

Jon McWilliam, 48, El Dorado, reported that $20 worth of electricity was stolen from the home of Robert Wilhite, 74, Burrton, on Horseshoe Rd., Marion, between 1:30 and 2:30 p.m. Oct. 31.

Arson

A report of an arson fire was made by Chandler Andrews, Andover. $5 worth of hay was reported as burned in the 800 block of Abilene St., Durham, between 1 a.m. and 1:19 a.m. Nov. 5. in an abandoned residential structure.

Criminal damage to property

William Kaufman, Burns, reported a gas pump owned by Mid- Kansas COOP in the 400 block of E. Broadway St., Burns, as damaged, destroyed, or vandalized between 12 a.m. Nov. 2 and 4:15 p.m. Nov. 4.
