According to offense reports released this past week:


Criminal trespass

Lyle L. Ledford, 47, Hillsboro, was arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass after he allegedly refused to leave the apartment of his estranged wife, Ginger Ledford, and became engaged in a fight with another man at 11:30 a.m. Saturday in the 400 block of N. Ash St.


Disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia

Eric Williams, 28, Marion, was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct, possession of trace amounts of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:08 p.m. Saturday in the 700 block of N. Cedar St. after a report of a disturbance was investigated.


Burglary; criminal damage to property; interference with LEO; criminal trespass

Mid-Kansas Coop in Florence reported that a Dewalt drill charger owned by Jeffrey Gore, 52, Marion, and valued at $289 was taken at midnight Sept. 3 from a parking lot in the 100 block of S. Main St. in Florence. A desk and metal door valued at a total of $1,000 was also damaged. Interference with law enforcement officer; conceal/alter/destroy evidence and criminal trespass also were cited as additional offenses, and the offender was suspected of using drugs/narcotics.

Criminal damage to property

A structure wall valued at $100 and owned by Ray Savage, 64, Burns, was reportedly damaged between 7:07 and 7:10 p.m. Sept. 20. in the 200 block of Santa Fe St. in Burns.

Criminal damage to property

A door valued at $250 and owned by Phillip Zeller, 57, Herington, was reported by Ben Calvert as having been damaged between 7:33 and 7:59 p.m. Sept. 16 near the intersection of US-77 and 360th Rds.


Clinton Anderson, 56, McPherson, reported himself and Ronald Sartain, 53, Newton, as victims to battery with a personal weapon (defined as hands, fists, feet, teeth, etc.) between 9:30 and 10:30 p.m. Sept. 3 on Fishermans Ln. in Marion. The offender was suspected of using alcohol by reporting officer Travis Wilson.
