According to offense reports released this past week:

Possession of methamphetamines
Natasha E. Arnold, 34, Marion, and Brandon L. Klenda were both arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamines and possession of drug paraphernalia at 9:26 p.m. Friday in the 200 block of N. Roosevelt St.
Police reports said that both were suspected of using or consuming drugs or narcotics at the time.
Arnold also was arrested on suspicion of improper display of license plate, obstructed windshield, and license to be carried and exhibited upon demand.

Criminal restraint, false impersonation
Paula Love, 46, Lincolnville, reported Feb. 22 that she was victim to criminal restraint and false impersonation of a law enforcement officer between 4:10 a.m. and 4:10 p.m. Feb. 16. The offender was suspected of using alcohol.
