Aggravated battery

Heath Shields, 31, Lincolnville, reported being the victim of alleged aggravated battery and knowingly using physical contact in an angry or rude manner with a motor vehicle that happened on a city street between 1 and 2 p.m. Feb. 1 in the 100 block of Main St. in Lincolnville.

Child endangerment

Daniel L. Jackson, 31, Bushong, was arrested on suspicion of endangering a child, driving on a revoked license, possession of marijuana, and parking in a prohibited area at 1 a.m. Saturday on US-56 near Cedar St.

Police said Jackson was stopped in the middle of the highway. Officer Michael Stone allegedly discovered 0.06 grams of marijuana in a glass jar. Reports indicate Jackson was suspected of using drugs at the time of the incident.

A girl under the age of 18 was transported to juvenile intake. She was later released to a relative.

Possession of methamphetamines

Two men were arrested on multiple charges at 2 a.m. Sunday after a vehicle alleged to have been missing a brake lamp was stopped near the intersection of Kellison and Cedar Sts.

Bradford A. Cody, 30, Lehigh, and Jason A. Beard, Newton, were arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamines, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and transporting an open container.

Cody also was arrested on a charge of driving on a suspended license.
