Criminal use of financial card

Edwin Klenda, 55, Lincolnville, reported criminal use of a financial card without the consent of the owner that took place between 12 p.m. Nov. 14 and 5 p.m. Dec. 15 in the 200 block of S. 4th St., Marion. The amount used was reportedly $1,489.

Theft

Charges are pending against a 26-year-old El Dorado man who allegedly attempted to steal four gold rings, valued at $7,000, at 7 p.m. Dec. 20 from Kara Marie Davis’s Hillsboro home at 412 E. First St.

Possession of stolen property

Stephanie Jacobson, 28, of Wichita, was arrested on charges of possession of stolen property. Police reports indicated a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee, valued at $5,000, belonging to Jimmy Harold McCutchen, 56, of Wichita, was in her possession at 5 p.m. Friday in a driveway at 820 E. Main St.
