SHERIFF’S

Interference with Law Enforcement Officer

An individual was arrested in the 100 block of Ashley Dr. on charges of interference with a law enforcement officer and obstruction apprehension of prosecution between 11:17 a.m. and 3:44 p.m. Nov. 7.

Burglary

Phillip Zeller, 56, Herington, reported that a humidor, Matthews compound bow, ammunition, and single barrel shotgun, valued at a total of $3,200, were taken from his residence in the 3000 section of US-77 between 5 p.m. Nov. 22 and 1:40 a.m. Nov. 26. Reporting officer Bronson Shipman reported a use of force to gain entry.

Criminal damage to property

Cole Kyron Oliver, 18, of Moore, Oklahoma, reported $300 of damage to his 2002 Isuzu Rodeo when he discovered that both door mirrors had been broken off sometime between Dec. 3 and Monday while it was parked in a parking lot at Tabor College.
