Aggravated battery

Ron Steiner, age and address unknown, reported to police that Risamarie Hicks, 44, Salina, was a victim of aggravated battery and knowingly using physical contact in an angry or rude manner with a weapon. He reported it happened near 330th and Goldenrod Rds. between 11 p.m. Sept. 25 and 3:06 a.m. Sept. 26. Police reported alcohol was involved in the offender.

Driving on a suspended license

A motorist allegedly gave officer Lee Vogel a false name after being stopped for not having a tag light at 3:04 a.m. Sept. 21 in the 600 block of S. Freeborn St. Upon investigation, Vogel discovered the motorist’s license was suspended. The motorist also was charged with interfering with a law enforcement officer.

Criminal damage to property

An unknown person or persons allegedly used a pry tool in an attempt to break through the front door of T.C.’s What Not Shop between 5 p.m. Sept. 17 and 11:50 a.m. Sept. 18 in the 900 block of E. Main St. The official police report indicated the offending party was not successful in gaining entry to the business. However, the front door reportedly sustained $250 of damage.
