Justin Ashlaw, 27, Marion, reported two credit cards and $100 were stolen from a vehicle near the office at Marion County Park and Lake the morning of July 5.

Domestic Battery

Chrishelle Leer, 25, Burns, reported on June 28 that she had been the victim June 17 of domestic battery.

Criminal trespass

Charges are pending against a 29-year-old Hillsboro man after Thayne Wade Meier of Lehigh reported that the man returned to Meier’s residence at 210 S. Birch St. after being told not to.
