Felony theft

Kathryn Holub, 42, Marion, reported electronic entertainment equipment stolen sometime between July 21 and July 26 from a residence on Sunflower Rd. between 240th and 250th Rds.

Items taken include a PS3 game console, a surround sound system, and an iSymphony television. Total value of the items was reported as $1,000.

Burglary

Shawn Britton, 25, Marion, reported as stolen a Benelli shotgun, sometime between July 21 and July 26, from a residence on Sunflower Rd. between 240th and 250th Rds. The shotgun was valued at $1,400.

Theft

Keith Jost, 60, Hillsboro, reported stolen a roll of irrigation wire, sometime between July 18 and July 22, from 270th and Indigo Rds. The wire was valued at $50.

Criminal damage to property

A car wash was vandalized July 25 at G&R Implements, Durham.

Officer Wilma Mueller reported the estimated cost of damage to coin boxes and supporting fixtures, with labor, to be $1,500.

Theft

Charlene Lawrence, 51, Florence, reported stolen 12 landscaping stepping stones, sometime between Aug. 11 and Aug. 13, from a residence in the 200 block of E. 7th St., Florence. The value of the stones was estimated at $100.

Criminal property damage

Andrew Hermstein, 36, Newton, reported damage to three windows, sometime between Aug. 17 and Aug. 23, at a residence on Chisholm Trail Rd. between 90th and 100th Rds. The value of the damage was $750.

Criminal property damage

Ben Box, 65, Florence, reported a damaged padlock on a storage facility in the 300 block of W. 2nd St. on Aug. 19. The lock was valued at $5.

Criminal property damage

Fred Sheridan, 34, Lehigh, reported a damaged mailbox and post 27 at a residence in the 100 block of Maria St. The box and post were valued at $100.
