Domestic battery
Carlos Gomez Garcia, 36, of Hillsboro was arrested at 1 a.m. Thursday on a charge of domestic battery, accused of using both hands to grab the victim and pull her off the couch she was laying on. He was later transported to the Marion County Jail.
Misdemeanor theft
Michel Matias, 20, 400 S. Jefferson St., Hillsboro, reported the theft of an Apple iPhone 4, valued at $450, at approximately 2 p.m. Oct. 22. Charges are pending.

Theft of a high-definition TV, Smith & Wesson .38 revolver, Jennings 9mm pistol, and game console and controllers with a combined estimated value of $1,300 was reported at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 8 on 300th Rd. between Xavier and Yarrow Rds.
Criminal damage to property
Vandalism of a mailbox with an estimated value of $100 was reported at 3 p.m. Oct. 14 on Pawnee Rd. between 240th and 250th Rds.
Burglary
Theft of keys and a remote fob, saw, angle grinder, impact driver, and game camera with a combined estimated value of $1,645 was reported at 8:30 a.m. Oct. 20 on 100th Rd. between Kanza and Limestone Rds.
Theft
Damage to the windshield and rear window of a 1995 Ford F-150 pickup and theft of the left door, three aluminum rims, and a chrome front bumper from the same truck, with a combined estimated value of $1,650, was reported at 4:10 p.m. Oct 21 on 60th Rd. between Mustang and Nighthawk Rds.
Criminal damage to property
Damage to a door and frame with an estimated value of $500 was reported at 10:34 a.m. Oct. 23 in the 400 block of S. Vernon St., Lehigh.
