Criminal deprivation of property and criminal damage to property

Evan Dwight Slater of Florence reported the theft and damage of a demolition derby car worth $420 from his home between 7 and 9 p.m. Aug. 17. Mark Edward Slater, same address, reported $200 worth of damage to grass.

Domestic battery

Marion police arrested Travis E. Hamm, 35, on a charge of domestic battery Sunday in the 200 block of N. Freeborn St.

Theft

Joe Base of Goessel reported the theft of a winch, two 12-volt batteries, and a winch cradle with a combined value of $2,000 from Goessel Station between noon Aug. 14 and 5 p.m. Aug. 21.
