Neil Hett, 46, Peabody, reported theft of an air compressor, two impact guns, a deer stand, and antique blue Mason jars from a shed on 120th Rd. between Nighthawk and Old Mill Rds. between Aug. 1 and Oct. 7. Deputy Mike Ottensmeier estimated the total value of items taken at $2,400.

Aaron Craig, 40, Florence, reported theft of a backpack, wallet, and prescription eyeglasses, total value $455, from his residence in the 800 block of Marion St. between 7:41 p.m. Oct. 6 and 4:55 p.m. Oct. 7.

A 2001 Buick LeSabre owned by Travis Shaw, 45, Durham, was stolen from his residence in the 700 block of Lawrence Ave. between 8:30 p.m. Oct. 8 and 7:30 a.m. Oct. 9. The LeSabre was valued at $1,500.

Theft

A 1997 Mercury Sable owned by Thomas Jenkins, 47, Hutchinson, was stolen from a residence on 160th Rd. between K-15 and Indigo Rd. between 11:30 a.m. Oct. 8 and 5:58 p.m. Oct. 9. The vehicle, valued at $1,500, was recovered Oct. 9.

Burglary and criminal trespass

Alan Hett, 53, Marion, reported theft of a battery valued at $100 from an abandoned structure on 160th Rd. between Quail Creek and Remington Rds. between 7 p.m. Oct. 8 and 10:08 a.m. Oct. 9. Donald Hett, 51, Marion, was listed as a second victim in undersheriff David Huntley’s report.
