Kansas Department of Emergency Management is bringing back zombies for “Zombie Preparedness Month” in October to remind people of the need to be prepared for any emergency.

During Zombie Preparedness Month, KDEM will collaborate with other public safety agencies to provide information on emergency preparedness, including social media zombie preparedness challenges throughout the month.
